Pulled Pork Barbecue recipe

One pork shoulder roast
1 large sliced onion
2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
Water
Barbecue sauce

Directions:

Place the pork roast into your crock pot. Add in the large onion and 2 Tbsp of Worcestershire sauce. Add enough water to cover. Set your crock pot on low and leave it cooking for about 12 hours. Remove the roast and empty the water out of the crock pot. Save the onions for later use. Shred the pork using a fork and get rid of the fat and the bones. Return the shredded meat and onions to the crock pot. Add in a bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce by pouring it over the pork roast and crock an hour or so on low until it is heated thoroughly. Once it is done you will want to serve it on heated rolls. You can have a variety of sides with this meal. It can be served with potatoes, beans, coleslaw, and more.
