Super Easy Pulled Pork recipe
Sometimes you just don't have the time to prepare a detailed dinner which requires you to spend hours hovering over it in the kitchen. You will have those days when you are just too busy to take the time it requires to babysit your oven and stove. However, you may still want to enjoy a great tasting meal. These are the days when you will want to pull out the super easy pulled pork recipe. This is a great tasting meal that everyone who tastes it will truly enjoy.
Ingredients List:
1 fresh pork shoulder
Ground red pepper
Crushed red pepper
1 ½ cups of vinegar
½ tsp of salt
Directions:
You will want to rinse the pork and pat it dry. Liberally sprinkle the pork with the ground red pepper. Place the pork into the crock pot and cook it for 8 to 10 hours or until it is very tender. Put your crushed red pepper and vinegar in a pan and bring it to boiling. Then you will want to take the pork out and shred your pork, then and add mixture a spoonful at a time until the taste is to your liking. Add your salt in. Put the pork back in crock pot and keep it warm until you are ready to serve it. Serve it on bun with slaw; you can also add some beans on the side.
This is a wonderful tasting meal which can be served as either a nice lunch or a dinner.
